唐鯤博士,男,36歲。上海中科院-馬普學會合作伙伴計算生物學所研究員。2004年畢業于新加坡國立大學生物化學系。獲得理學博士學位。2004年至2007年底在德國萊比錫的馬普進化人類學所做博士后工作。2008年初加入計算所。最早開展了對多藥耐藥基因ABCB1的連鎖不平衡和單倍型基因的工作(Tang et al, 2002) 。最早在多藥耐藥基因,ABCB1中發現自然選擇的證據(Tang et al, 2004)。先后參與了對多個多藥耐藥基因的遺傳結構,疾病關聯及自然選擇的研究。后轉入自然選擇測試方法的建立,群體遺傳學分析以及全基因組自然選擇檢測的研究。參與了多個候選基因自然選擇與遺傳結構分析及其他進化遺傳學的工作,完成了至今僅有的幾個全基因組正選擇掃描的工作之一,對國際自然選擇的研究工作作了關鍵的補充(Tang et al, 2007),F在主要進行人類體質面部的遺傳研究和人類群體遺傳學的大數據分析研究。
